The average person walks over 100 thousand miles in a life time!

When walking, your feet hit the ground at a force of 1-2 times your body weight. When running, that force increases to 3-5 times your body weight!

When the arch of your foot is properly aligned it helps absorb the shock. But when the arch begins to fail due to lack of support or misalignment, the stress is placed upon the soft tissue, causing injury and breakdown.
